FOR READY STOCKS

1. All Item are brand new (for clothes/accessories) unless stated. The mentioned prices are exclusive of shipping/delivery charges (unless stated)

2.  Advance full payment is required; First come first served. Items can only be reserved for 24 hours. If we do not hear from you or no payment is received, the item will be reopened for sale.(pls inform me if u want to extend).

3.  Items sold are not refundable/exchangeable. Make sure that you read all the item details, eg: measurement, size or color.

4.  We are not responsible for any damage occurred during delivery.

5.  Item will be sent out once payment made (1-2 day). No payment no delivery.

6.  Please notify me once you have transferred the money to me.

7. Delivery method and time frame will be on every working days of the week.

8.  We will only processing order during weekdays only (Monday - Friday) 

9. MIX WHOLESALE price is for customer who are not our followers.

10. FOLLOWER'S PRICE is for our followers.

11. ONLY FOLLOWERS ARE ENTITLE TO GET WEEKLY OFFER PRICE.

FOR HANDMADE CRAFTS

1.  NO FUSSY BUYER

2.  Please CONSIDER - coz each order i will give time frame (2-4weeks) depends on quantity order and other conditions, since i am not a full time crafter. I will inform you if i need to extend.

3. Full payment is required when you place order. This is to prevent BACKOUT BUYER.
I will only start making your order once PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

4. All the terms & condition for postage and others remain the same as for Ready Stocks.

5.  I will inform you when i have finished making your orders and sent it out.
